Yes. Beyond Play is not a drop-off facility. For safety and supervision, a parent or guardian must remain with their child during the entire visit.
No. Beyond Play is a peanut and nut-free facility, and outside food is not permitted to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Yes! Our facility is inclusive and accessible to children of all abilities. Wheelchairs, walking braces, and mobility aids are welcome throughout the play area.

Yes! We offer both non-themed and themed birthday parties.
Parents are welcome to decorate and personalize the party room in their own style for non-themed celebrations.
For families looking for an extra touch, we offer themed party add-ons, which include decorations, balloons, and other themed details to make your event special.
Yes! We offer private event bookings where the entire facility is closed exclusively for your group.
All private events include 40 juice boxes and 40 water bottles, with options for morning or evening sessions.
During special events, we may take photos or short videos for promotional purposes only (such as on our social media or website).
If you’d like your child to be excluded from photos, please notify a staff member — we’ll gladly accommodate your request.
For everyone’s safety, the facility is monitored by 24-hour camera surveillance.
Yes. Socks are required for everyone in all play areas to keep the environment clean and safe. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
Our ball pit is designed for little ones aged 2 and under only. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for our youngest guests.
