Helpful answers to common questions about birthday parties at Beyond Play.

Parties can be booked online based on availability. Once your reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent with the next steps for your deposit and booking details.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date and time.

Yes. The party host may arrive up to 15 minutes before the party start time for setup and check-in.

Yes. Decorations are welcome in the party room only. All decorations must be child-safe and applied using non-damaging materials. The host is responsible for removing all decorations after the event.

Yes. Outside food is permitted if it is pre-packaged and nut-free. Cake is also welcome. Please note that no cooking, heating, or buffet-style food setup is permitted on-site.

Yes. Selected party packages with food include pizza, juice, and bottled water.

Our staff will deliver the food to your party room, but hosts are responsible for serving pizza and cake to their guests.

Yes. Socks are required for everyone entering the play area, including adults. A signed waiver is also required for all guests before participating.

Additional time may be available if arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Extra time is charged separately.
